    Royal Thai is founded as a joint venture between Thailand Carpets Manufacturing and Tai Ping Carpets for the Thailand market

  • 1972

    The Royal Thai brand expands into international export markets.

  • 1978

    Royal Thai parent company TCM listed on the Stock Exchange f Thailand. Code: TCMC

  • 1994

    TCM was established as a public company limited.

  • 1997

    The first in the region to receive ISO 9001 Quality Management certification.

  • 2007

    Certified as Carpet and Rug Institute Green Label Plus for Indoor Air Quality

  • 2016

    Construction begins on our new factory.

  • 2017

    Thailand Carpets Manufacturing changes name to TCM Corporation

  • 2017

    Pimol Srivikorn takes leadership of TCM and acquires Tai Ping Carpet’s commercial division, making Royal Thai one of the world’s largest producers of Axminster.

    Royal Thai new brand identity is launched.

  • 2019

    Organized by Architecture & Design + In Design Media Asia Pacific Magazine, Ecosoft modular tile backing was selected as the unanimous winner of the Waste Elimination category.

    Piyaporn Ann Phanachet is named CEO of TCM Corporation.

  • 2022

    Shyam Bhatter was promoted to CEO of TCM Flooring Division.

    Royal Thai wins Best Flooring for Ascend collection in International Yacht + Aviation Awards.

    Royal Thai wins Best Flooring for the Runway Aviation collection in the International Yacht + Aviation Awards.
