Key Responsibilities


What We Are Looking For

  • Identify and develop new customer opportunities to expand our market presence.

  • Strengthen relationships with existing customers to drive higher sales and repeat business.

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive offerings.

  • Provide expert product knowledge and recommend tailored solutions to clients.

  • Work closely with the design, production, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

  • Participate in industry events, networking opportunities, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in interior materials, construction, or related industries.

  • Strong business development and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to build long-term client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment, preferably in Middle East.

  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach.

  • Knowledge of carpets, SPC flooring, or acoustic panels is a plus.

  • Ability to work in teams and under pressure.
